Lemon Dill Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. miracle whip or low-fat miracle whip (not fat-free), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel, 1 tsp. dill weed and 1 lb. fish fillets (i use halibut), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir Miracle Whip, lemon juice, grated peel and dill weed together.

Place fish on greased grill or rack of broiler pan. Brush with half of the sauce. Grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes.

Turn and brush with remaining sauce.

Continue to grill or broil another 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serves 4.
