Lemon Dessert
Lemon Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. ritz cracker crumbs, 1 stick oleo, 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar and 2 large cans lemon pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cracker crumbs and oleo together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat egg whites, adding sugar.
Spread over crumbs and bake 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Spread lemon pie filling over top. Top with Cool Whip.
Add nuts, if desired.
Chill 4 to 5 hours. (Can use chocolate or any other pudding.)
