Lemon Dessert
Lemon Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 30 town house crackers, crushed, 1 stick oleo, melted, 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar and 1 can lemon pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cracker crumbs and oleo.
Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar until stiff.
Spread over cracker crumb layer.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool. Spread 1 can of lemon pudding on top of meringue.
Top with Cool Whip.
Cut into squares.
Serves 10 to 12.
