Lemon Delight
Lemon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. lemon pudding, cooked and cooled*, 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. oleo, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together flour, oleo and nuts.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust.
Spread lemon pudding on top.
Top with the Cool Whip and chopped nuts. (I used toasted almonds and coconut on top.)
