Lemon Delight
Lemon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. pecan chips, 1 c. confectioners sugar and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour, oleo and pecan chips together.
Press into 9 x 15-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip* together and spread over first layer.
Mix pudding with milk; pour over second layer.
Top with more Cool Whip and pecan halves.
