Lemon Delight
Lemon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can evaporated milk, 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. honey and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make pie crust following directions on the box.
Spread in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Chill evaporated milk overnight.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add honey, lemon juice and rind.
Fold in whipped evaporated milk.
Spread the mixture over the crust.
Chill in refrigerator.
