Lemon Delight
Lemon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. chopped pecans, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and 1 c. sifted powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans into flour mixture.
Pat into pan; bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.
Fold 1 cup whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
Chill.
Combine pudding mix and milk.
Beat 2 minutes at low speed of electric mixer.
Spread pudding over cream cheese layer.
Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Chill.
Store in refrigerator.
