Lemon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. self rising flour, 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
