Lemon Custard Pie

Mix sugar, cornmeal and flour.
Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat well after each, stir in butter, salt, milk, lemon juice and rind.
Mix well, mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for minutes firm. Cool before cutting. Serves 6.
