Lemon Cups
Lemon Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 5 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, flour, salt and butter.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Add to combined egg yolks and milk.
Mix well, then fold in egg whites.
Pour into 8 greased custard cups.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake at
45 minutes.
When baked each dessert will have custard on bottom sponge cake on top.
Serve with Cool Whip.
