Lemon Crème Bars
Lemon Crème Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9 oz.) pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix, 1/2 c. oats, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large glass bowl, melt butter 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
Combine oats, frosting mix, flour and baking powder with butter.
Mix until crumbly.
Press 2/3 mixture into glass cake pan.
Combine condensed milk, peel and juice.
Pour over crust, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Cook on SIMMER for 7 minutes and HIGH for 3-4 minutes.
Cool and serve.
Better after refrigeration.
