Lemon Cream Bars
Lemon Cream Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon pudding cake mix (large size; use dry), 1 egg, 1/3 c. oil, 1 tsp. lemon extract and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In bowl, combine cake mix, egg and oil, mixing until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup.
Add 1 teaspoon lemon extract to reserved crumbs. Pat remaining crumbs into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon extracts until light and smooth.
Spread over baked layer.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over mixture.
Combine cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over crumb topping.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Cool; cut into bars.
