Lemon Cookies
Lemon Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip (lite or regular), 1 egg, beaten, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix by hand the cake mix and Cool Whip.
Mix all the ingredients; it will be very sticky.
Use two spoons to drop a teaspoon-sized ball of dough into a bowl (approximately 1 cup) of powdered sugar.
Cover the ball of dough with xxx sugar and drop onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes at 350Β°.
