Lemon Coffee Cake
Lemon Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lemon cake mix, 1 box lemon instant pudding, 3/4 c. crisco oil, 3/4 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Pour 1/2 of batter into a 10 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Spread 1/2 over batter and 1/2 of nuts.
Then add rest of batter, cinnamon and nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
You can use any flavor cake mix and instant pudding you like.
