Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 8 lemons, 2 cloves garlic and minced garlic, dry parsley and fresh parsley and 1 stick unsalted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons minced garlic and dry parsley on chicken.
Squeeze 8 lemons and pour lemon juice to cover chicken.
Let stand as long as possible (at least 20 minutes; better overnight).
Melt butter in skillet (might need 2 skillets).
Throw chicken and juice into pan and cook on highest heat, then lower to medium.
Cut up garlic cloves and throw into pan.
Do not brown.
When cooked, remove garlic and serve with fresh chopped parsley.
