Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 to 8 meaty chicken pieces (thighs and/or split breasts), 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt (optional), 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put oil and melted butter in 13 x 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
Shake chicken pieces in bag containing flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Place chicken in pan, skin side down.
Bake for 30 minutes at 425Β°. Turn chicken skin side up.
Return to oven for 15 minutes.
Spoon lemon sauce over chicken pieces and return to oven for 15 minutes.
