Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 chickens, cut up (meaty pieces), 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. cooking oil and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine flour and salt; coat chicken.
Brown in hot oil; drain.
Transfer to crock-pot.
Stir together lemonade, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar.
Pour over chicken.
Cover; cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken; pour liquid into saucepan. Return chicken to crock-pot; cover to keep warm.
