Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned, bread crumbs, seasoned to taste with garlic powder (to coat chicken), 1 egg, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1/4 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs and brown.
Place in baking dish.
Add lemon juice, wine, broth and oregano to pan used to brown chicken.
Simmer, loosening bits stuck to pan, for 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
(Can be assembled early in the day and then baked immediately prior to serving.)
Serves 6 to 8.
