Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 1/2 lb.) skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, 1 egg, lightly beaten, 1/2 c. white wine or chicken stock and 2 tbsp. capers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut chicken breasts in half and filet.
Then cut the filets in several pieces.
Heat butter and oil mixture in skillet.
Dredge chicken in flour and dip in egg.
Brown lightly in skillet, about 3 minutes a side.
Remove to warm baking dish.
Continue until all chicken is browned.
Add wine, capers and parsley to skillet and deglaze.
Pour over chicken.
Squeeze juice of 1 lemon over chicken.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
