Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler or fryer chicken, cut up and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine flour, salt and paprika in paper or plastic bag. Brush chicken with lemon juice.
Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken at a time to bag and shake well to coat chicken with flour mixture. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
Stir in green onion, brown sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice; pour over chicken.
Cover; reduce heat.
Cook over low heat for 40 to 45 minutes.
