Lemon Chicken

Cut chicken breasts in half and filet
Then cut the filets in several pieces
Heat butter and oil mixture in skillet
Dredge chicken in flour and dip in egg
Brown lightly in skillet, about 3 minutes a side
Remove to warm baking dish

Add wine, capers and parsley to skillet and deglaze
Pour over chicken
Squeeze juice of 1 lemon over chicken
