Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up and skinned, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional) and 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray a baking dish with Pam and line chicken in dish in a single layer.
Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic powder and brush on chicken.
Cover and bake in 350Β° preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove cover and brush again with lemon oil mixture.
Bake another 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
This recipe can be used on chicken breasts too.
