Lemon Chicken

Season chicken with salt; a nonstick baking pan, skin side down.
Combine water, juice, lemon peel, thyme and marjoram; pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes, basting with liquid.
Turn chicken over; continue baking and basting
30 minutes more, until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
Remove chicken; sprinkle with paprika and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
