Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with dehydrated chopped onion, 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (2 to 3 lb.) whole chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion with 2 tablespoons water; let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in 1/4 cup melted margarine or butter, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Spoon over chicken in shallow pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour until chicken is done, turning occasionally and spooning butter-lemon sauce over chicken.
