Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, split, juice of 2 lemons, 1/4 c. oil, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash chicken; pat dry.
Squeeze lemon juice over breasts. Heat oil in pan.
Roll breasts in flour and paprika.
Brown breasts in oil on both sides, about 10 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and lemon rind, if desired. Sprinkle breasts with sugar and salt.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
Cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
Garnish with lemon.
