Add sugar and flour which have been sifted together.
Continue creaming until fluffy.
Add eggs, mixing until blended.
Add milk, lemon juice and rind.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes longer, or when knife comes out clean.
