Lemon Cheese Ring
Lemon Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tbsp. plain gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. milk and 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Beat cheese and sugar with electric beater until blended.
Add milk, gradually and beat until blended.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool.
Beat into cheese mixture and add lemonade and beat until smooth.
Turn into 1 quart mold and chill until firm.
