Lemon Cheese Cake
Lemon Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 2 tsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise; gradually beat in sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add lemon rind, lemon juice and vanilla.
Put in crust. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Chill 4 hours.
