Lemon Cheese Cake
Lemon Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature), 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 lemon jello and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Then mix lemon jello, lemon juice, water and food coloring.
Add to creamed mixture.
Whip the frozen milk until like whipped cream.
Slowly stir into the lemon and sugar mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Chill.
You can put Dream Whip on top or crushed graham crackers.
