Lemon Cheese Cake
Lemon Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 small lemon jello, 1 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and juice of 1 lemon or 1 capful bottled lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix the boiling water and jello well.
Cream the sugar and cream cheese.
Add to the jello mixture with the lemon juice.
Add the vanilla and mix well.
Whip the chilled Carnation milk and fold into other mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over top.
Chill until ready to serve.
