Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil; mix together until crumbly.
Reserve 1
Put remaining in greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes at cheese, juice, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over 1st layer. Sprinkle with reserved mixture.
Bake 15 minutes more.
