Lemon Celery Dressing
Lemon Celery Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/4 c. dark corn syrup, 2 1/2 c. white vinegar, 2 tbsp. celery seed and 2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients except oil.
Beat until thoroughly blended.
Add oil slowly, constantly beating until thickened. Store in glass container.
Makes 2 quarts.
Keeps 5 to 6 months.
