Cream sugar and butter; add lemon juice and rind.
Beat in egg yolks and flour; mix well.
Add milk gradually; beat until well blended.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350Β° until center of pie is firm, about 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
