Bake pie shell 5 minutes in 350° oven.

Combine sugar, flour, oleo, salt and egg yolks.

Beat until smooth; add lemon juice and milk and beat well.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Gently fold into first mixture.

Pour into cooled pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until filling is firm.

This bakes like a cake but the inside is like a pie.
