Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake, 4 eggs, 1 c. oil, 1 pkg. lemon jello and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix well and add lemon jello, mixed with warm water.
Bake 40 minutes in a 350Β° oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan (test to be sure done).
Pierce with fork after removing from oven.
Mix juice of lemons and confectioners sugar.
Pour over cake.
This makes a glaze.
