Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 3/4 c. water, 3/4 c. oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients very well (3 to 4 minutes).
Pour in greased and floured cake pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°. While cake is still hot, poke holes in it with fork.
Pour glaze made of 2 cups powdered sugar and 6 to 10 tablespoons of lemon juice over cake.
Refrigerate.
Serve with no frosting.
