Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. vegetable oil and 3/4 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cake mix and jello powder.
Add oil, water and eggs. Beat mixer for 4 minutes.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch glass
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
As soon as you remove stab with fork.
Mix together lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Pour over cake while it is still hot.
