Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 pkg. lemon cake mix or yellow, 3/4 c. vegetable oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix boiling water with jello and cool.
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and jello mixture and extract.
Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or angel food pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes until tests done.
Frost with cream cheese frosting or canned lemon frosting.
