Combine cake mix and jello powder.
Add oil, water and eggs. Beat mixer for 4 minutes.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch glass
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.

Mix together lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Pour over cake while it is still hot.
