Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter (not margarine), 3 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 bottle lemon extract (1 oz.) and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, lemon extract, flour and 7-Up.
Grease and flour Bundt pan very good.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325Β°.
Do not underbake.
Make sure all ingredients are room temperature.
