Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 small box lemon jello, 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 c. oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix boiling water and lemon jello together; set aside.
Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and lemon extract.
After mixing cake mix, add the jello water and pour into 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
