Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, lemon jell-o, 1/2 c. oil, 3/4 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cake mix and Jell-O in a bowl.
Add water and mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each one.
Add oil, mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake 45 minutes in preheated 350Β° oven.
After cake is done, immediately punch holes in cake and pour all the lemon frosting all over it.
