Lemon Butter
Lemon Butter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. sugar, 1 good tbsp. cornstarch, 1 lemon and rind and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Squeeze lemon and grate rind into saucepan.
Mix all other ingredients together, except butter, and cook until it comes to a boil, stirring often.
Continue cooking until it thickens.
When thick, take from stove and stir in butter.
Keep stirring.
Don't let it stick.
