Cream together the butter, powdered sugar and flour and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 300° to 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until looks dry but not brown.

Pour over the baked crust and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
