Lemon Broccoli Chicken
Lemon Broccoli Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cubed, 1 can cream of broccoli soup, 1/4 c. milk and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Spoon off fat.
Combine soup and milk; stir in lemon juice and pepper.
Pour over chicken.
Reduce heat to low.

Garnish with lemon slices.
Serve over rice.
