Lemon Broccoli
Lemon Broccoli is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1/8 tsp. pepper and lemon rind curls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Trim off large
Leaves of broccoli and remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly and cut into spears. Arrange spears in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cook and stem for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with grated lemon rind, salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon rind curls, if desired.
