Lemon Bread

Cream together the butter, eggs and sugar.
Add the milk.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Mix all together with grated rind of lemon.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 cup sugar together and pour over bread while hot.
Allow to soak in.
