Lemon Bread
Lemon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1/3 c. light brown sugar, zest of 1 lemon, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 extra large eggs or 3, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine in large bowl the first 5 ingredients, adding eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Set aside.
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture alternating with milk. When all is added, add canola seeds and nuts.
Spoon into sprayed and floured bread pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until done. Simmer together 5 minutes and pour over warm bread pierced with fork the lemon juice and sugar.
