Lemon Bread
Lemon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream 1 cup sugar and butter together.
Add eggs; beat together.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and flour with baking powder and salt.
Stir in lemon rind and nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Take out of pan and pour juice of lemon, mixed with 1/2 cup sugar, over the bread.
