Lemon Bread
Lemon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar, grated rind and juice of 1 lemon and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
Add grated lemon rind.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder; add to mixture, alternately with milk.
Add nuts, if desired.
Bake in a well-greased loaf pan for 55 minutes at 350Β°.
